AWA Dental Plus
AWA Dental Plus is a fully insured dental plan that pays for services and procedures based on a graduating scale of benefits percentages that increase over a period of three years. The plan pays the highest benefits on Year 3, so it is to the member’s advantage to maintain their dental plan. AWA Dental Plus also includes an orthodontic benefit for dependent children to age 19. Members have access to the Alliance Dental PPO network, one of the largest Dental PPO Networks in the country, with more than 101,000 unique dentists at 349,000 access points nationwide*. With so many options, there is sure to be a network provider nearby.

Save the ER for true emergencies. If you have a minor dental problem, virtual visits let you see a dentist right away. You’ll meet with the dentist for a video appointment, using your
computer, smartphone or tablet. Just explain your symptoms, or show the dentist the problem you’re experiencing, and they’ll evaluate your issue and advise what to do next.

The monthly insurance premium rates only reflect the coverage underwritten by underwritten by United Concordia Insurance Company. It does not include the association’s costs or fees for other programs, and services; including but not limited to member discounts and savings related programs and services, administration and maintenance of association information, and awareness benefits, websites, enrollment, fulfillment, and any other costs related to administration of the association.
